It looks like Hugh Hefner has finally decided to give up his iconic estate, the legendary Playboy Mansion, as it has been listed for sale at a price of $200 million by Hilton and Hyatt.
The nearly 22,000 square foot mansion includes 29 rooms and sits on more than 5 acres in the Holmby Hills of Los Angeles. A press release has revealed that the estate features almost every amenity imaginable, including a catering kitchen and a game house. Along with that, it is one of the few private properties in Los Angeles that has a zoo licence.
To the surprise of many, Hefner has agreed to sell the property – under the odd condition that he still gets to live in the house. The Playboy Mansion was built in 1927, which makes it 89 years old, and it was bought by Playboy Enterprises in 1971.
