Fans of video games have been speculating for more than 20 years that Michael Jackson secretly composed the soundtrack for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, hoping that they would one day prove this theory.
Now, that day has come. It turns out that Michael Jackson is indeed the man behind the music for the once wildly popular Sega video game. Since rumors have finally been confirmed, we are proud to say that we knew it all along.
Sega developed the Moonwalker arcade game and Jackson’s longtime collaborator Brad Buxer made the music for the game, so it’s not surprising to hear that Jackson would work with Sega on Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Why on earth has Sega denied this for decades? Though we might never know that for sure, one of the mysteries of the modern world has been solved.
