Wife Reveals Williams Had Parkinson’s


According to a statement given by the late Robin Williams’ third wife Susan Schneider, the famed comedian and actor was also suffering from Parkinson’s Disease at the time of his death.

She confirmed to the press that he had been diagnosed with the disease, but that he was not yet ready to go public with it.

Schneider confirmed that Williams, who had a history of substance abuse, had been clean. However, she also confirmed that he continued to struggle with depression, anxiety and had also been diagnoses with being in the early stages of Parkinson’s.

Susan said that he only told his closest family and friends about it however.

Williams was found dead earlier this week from a confirmed suicide. He was considered to be one of the most important comedic actors of the past three decades in Hollywood.
