The big day and start of the Amber Heard, Johnny Depp divorce proceedings is this Saturday.
Heard is currently chilling in London, but don’t worry, she’ll make it back to the States for her deposition.
The deposition is going to be a really important event for the divorce case, and Heard has spent a lot of time preparing for it. Don’t think that JohnnyDepp’s people aren’t going to be ready, because they definitely will be.
Some sources believe that the deposition could last well over five hours, and might even go on for seven. So, what should we expect?
Expect Depp’s team to really go after Heard. They are going to be trying hard to disprove her claims that the celebrity heartthrob abused her. Depp’s team has prepared statements from police and witnesses who claim that Depp never touched heard and people who can prove that nothing was broken in her L.A. home when they arrived to the scene.
Will Depp be in there for the deposition? Maybe, maybe not. He does have a right to attend. However, he needs to ask for permission first, since Heard does have a restraining order out against him.
