Tori Spelling Sues Benihana For Burns

So, the news is that the 90210 star is suing Benihana Corporation for burns she received back in April this year. According to the actress, she suffered “deep second and third degree burn injuries” at a Benihana in Encino, CA after she slipped and fell onto a hibachi grill. We do not have the details on why Tori slipped and whether someone from the Benihana was really to blame, but this is just not the kind of thing you expect from (sort of) famous people.
