The Secret Behind Beyoncé’s Mad Hot Met Gala Body


Yesterday, we wrote all about the Met Gala where Beyoncé stole the show with one of the most revealing dresses in the history of red carpets and the smoldering hot body she showed off underneath it.

Today, we are letting you know where and how she got that smoking bod.

Marco Borges, Bey’s personal trainer told E! News that the way she got that amazing figure was by using his 22-Day Revolution diet which is unique because, according to him:

“…it’s not a diet but rather a way of life which starts with habit formation over 22 days. With most diets you see weight loss and then as soon as the program ends the weight slowly starts to add back up again.”

On the other hand, the system that he devised does much more: improves sleeping patterns, clears the skin, improves sex drive and increases energy levels, all while providing dramatic weight loss. This, in turn, provides the dieter with a new way of life which results in a more permanent weight loss.

It sure worked for Beyoncé!
