The Saddest Dinner For Mick Jagger

Famous rock star heard about the tragic death of his girlfriend L’Wren Scott, while having dinner with his colleagues in a prestigious restaurant, Coco’s in Perth, Australia.

His longtime designer girlfriend was found death in her Manhattan, New York, apartment on Monday, March 17th. At the same time, her partner was preparing for his first concert on the Rolling Stones’ Australia and New Zealand 7-day tour.

According to Coco’s manager, Denise Zammit, Jagger was in a good mood before one of his team members told him about L’Wren Scott’s sudden death. She says,

“He’d been there about an hour. He had a seafood entree and a main meal of local fish, and then somebody from his entourage came in.”
“Before that, he was talking to our waiter, who is also English and he was having a great time with him. They were talking about England and where he’d been in Perth and all the things he’d been doing.”

As reported, Mick left the restaurant “pretty quickly” after it. She continues,

“He shook the waiter’s hand and said, ‘I’m sorry, I have to leave’, and he said he’d had a great night… It’s just devastating for somebody to get that news… It was a beautiful evening, the weather was stunning… He was just having an easy-going, relaxed dinner.”

On his official website, he paid his tribute to the lost partner, saying, “I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way. We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves.”

The two have been together since 2001.
