Teresa Giudice Begins Prison Sentence

One of the Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey”, Teresa Guidice, apparently went to prison last Monday morning. She is set to serve a 15-month sentence on charges of bankruptcy fraud at Danbury prison in Connecticut.
As NJ.com reports, Teresa left from her home after midnight and entered prison shortly after 3 a.m.
“She was ready. Teresa is a very strong woman, she won’t have any problems in there”, her lawyer said.
Teresa and her husband Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice admitted hiding assets from creditors. They also pleaded guilty for sending in fake loan applications in order to get $5 million in construction loan. Her husband separately pleaded guilty in a separate case, owing in taxes in excess of $200,000.
