Taylor Swift Couldn’t Care Less About Nude Photo Hack

2014 iHeartRadio Music Festival - Night 1 - Backstage

When you’re a celebrity like Taylor Swift, you have to get used to the idea that everyone wants to know everything about you and that you have no privacy whatsoever. This probably explains Swift’s unmoved reaction to recent hack threats.

Namely, a bunch of hackers have threatened to release the Blank Space hitmaker’s nude photographs and she just doesn’t care.

The popular singer had her Twitter and Instagram accounts taken over by a hacker on Tuesday, who asked her fans to follow @lizzard and @veriuser, both of them claiming to be associated with the hacking group Lizard Squad. Although those tweets were quickly deleted, fans saw a link to a Bitcoin account alongside a message which read:

“Will post taylor swift’s nudes when this btc wallet hits 3btc.(sic)”

The 25-year-old singer was unconcerned by the hack. She first wrote a tweet in which she said that the hackers don’t have her pics and then she shared an explanation on her Tumblr account.

“My Twitter got hacked but don’t worry, Twitter is deleting the hacker tweets and locking my account until they can figure out how this happened and get me new passwords. Never a dull moment.”
