It seems like Queen Elizabeth is a Game of Thrones fan too. After the Rotal Ascot, she will be making a state visit to Northern Ireland in June. Apparently, she’ll be making a stop by the set of the famous show.

The Monarchy’s account tweeted yesterday, “As part of the visit to Northern Ireland The Queen and The Duke will tour the @GameOfThrones set in the Titanic quarter #Belfast #GoT

We know someone is a fan when we see a hashtag. It’s not necessarily Liz, but someone in her stuff is.

The famous show, based on the books by George R.R. Martin, shows the fictional battle for power in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros.

It is believed to be the biggest TV production in Europe ever. According to some reports, it has created 900 full-time and 5,700 part-time jobs and has helped establish Northern Ireland as a production location.

Member of British royal family have visited such show set before. In 2913, Prince Charles dropped by the set of BBc hit show Doctor Who in Cardiff, Wales.

Also, some years ago, the Queen herself swung by the set of BBC soap opera EastEnders.
