Rolling Stones Get No Satisfaction From Trump Using Their Tunes

The Rolling Stones are the latest musicians who are pretty peeved that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has been using their music at rallies. Previously, pop sensation Adele and aging rockers Aerosmith and Neil Young have asked Trump to refrain from playing their music at political rallies, as they do not wish to be associated with him in any way.
Trump has been using Stones hits like “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” and “Start Me Up” to try and get the crowds pumped up at his rallies, and the famed Brits are not happy about it.
According to the law, politicians don’t need an artist’s permission to use their songs if the venue that the rally is being held in has gotten the so-called blanket rights for doing so.
In the past, the Trump campaign has stopped using songs by celebrities that have called him out on it, and will probably do the same with the Stones in order to stay out of legal hot water.
