Robin Thicke Admits Drug Abuse

Singer and maker of hit song ‘Blurred Lines’ has opened up about drug abuse and the real reason Paula Paton, his estranged wife, left him.

Under oath, Robin admitted that he was “high on Vicodin and alcohol” during the making of the song. He also added that he “didn’t do a sober interview” for an entire year while he was promoting his 2013 album of the same name.

“Every day I woke up, I would take a Vicodin to start the day and then I would fill up a water bottle with vodka and drink it before and during my interviews. I don’t recall many things that I said. In fact, I was quite surprised when I read them back sometimes.”

When he was asked whether he considers himself an “honest person,” Thicke said that he is not honest, but also not selective about when to tell the truth.

“No. That’s why I’m separated. I told my wife the truth. That’s why she left me.”
