Paul Walker’s Daughter Is Suing Porsche
According to sources close to the Walker family, the 16-year-old daughter of deceased actor Paul Walker is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche. Meadow Walker claims that if the car in which her father died in was better inspected and had the proper safety features, he would still be alive.
Walker was killed in a car accident while driving with his friend Roger Rodas. His daughter claims that the Porsche Carrera GT they were in lacked safety features that could have prevent the accident or allowed Walker to get out of the vehicle alive.
According to the lawsuit, Porsche should have installed an electronic stability control system, which is something that was specifically designed for such hyper-sensitive vehicles.
Meadow’s lawsuit also claims that the seat belt was defective, which was why Walker was trapped in the car and could not get out before the Porsche caught on fire.
