Lady Gaga Performs David Bowie Tribute Medley At 2016 Grammy Awards
After blowing us away with her incredible rendition of the American national anthem at the Super Bowl, Lady Gaga wowed us once again. This time, the musician paid tribute to one of her greatest inspirations, the late David Bowie.
The diva performed a medley of his songs at the 2016 Grammy Awards on Monday. The medley consisted of ten songs, from “Space Oddity” to “Heroes.” Needless to say, it was a stunning performance and we think Bowie would be proud. It’s also interesting to note that Gaga thanked Bowie for inspiring her to create her debut album “The Fame” and also listed Bowie’s song “Rebel Rebel” as one of her favorite tunes ever.
The singer recently received a Golden Globe award for her performance in ”American Horror Story: Hotel” and was even nominated for the Best Original Song award, along with Diane Warren.
