Kim Kardashian Is Serious About Getting Back In Shape


Gaining weight is a serious blow to anybody’s self-esteem. For a celebrity such as Kim Kardashian, who is known for her luscious curves, this is especially true. She’s never been this motivated to work out and lose the extra pounds, according to an insider. It seems that she’s made this decision after an online troll called her fat.

So, how is she going to do it? Well, her personal trainer Harley Pasternak said that Kim loves to walk around a lot, so she should take at least 10,000 steps every day. Nutritionist and celeb trainer Charlene Ciardiello added that she will have to do more than just walking in order to get her fabulous physique back. Basically, she should drink a lot of water, jog and “use her huge yard for workouts.” In any case, we’re sure Kim will get her smoking body back in time for summer!
