Katy Perry Rocks The ACM Awards

ACM Awards are traditionally the biggest country music party of the year and the party is always a wild one. This year, it got just a tad wilder and it was all thanks to Katy Perry who decided to attend and bring a bit of mainstream pop into the world of country.
It was a great decision. For one, Katy really got down with the fashion, flaunting a superbly country outfit on the red carpet, complete with pink cowhide boots and a matching oversized belt.
She also got the chance to perform on the stage with one of the greatest artists in the history of American music, Dolly Parton herself. The duo belted out Jolene and 9 to 5 – a couple of Dolly’s timeless hits. Katy also met Tim McGraw and Faith Hill backstage, making for one insane celebrity power trio. Maybe we’ll be getting some Katy Perry country collaborations in the future?
