Jose Zuniga Left Car Accident Unscratched

Actor Jose Zuniga found himself in a car accident when his car crashed into a bus stop in Hollywood, but left the scene without any injuries.

The former CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star, who portrayed Detective Chris Cavaliere, said his white SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) was hit by another car on Monday afternoon, April 14 sending him through a bus stop window and ending up in a near construction area.

However, the hood of his car is completely damaged in the accident and the impact of the crash shattered his windscreen. He says he is lucky to be alive.

He told TMZ.com,

“I got rear-ended… I’m good… Crazy, my life is saved.”

There was a third car involved with the accident, but the car, together with the one which hit Jose’s SUV, was not as damaged as his.

Firefighters soon came to the scene of the accident but no injuries were reported.

Zuniga has appeared in almost every TV show you have ever watched.

However, he is best known for his roles in films such as Alive, Ransom, Con Air, Fresh, Crooklyn, Next Stop Wonderland and Twilight.

He has appeared in many television shows including Mad About You, 24, Prison Break, Law & Order, The O.C., NCIS, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Miami, Bones, Lie to Me, House, Dexter, Person of Interest, New York Undercover, Medium, The Event and Scandal.
