Forbes’ Rich List: Beyoncé Highest Paid Woman In Music

Thanks to her new album, fragrance and clothing lines, sponsorship deals with famous brands such as H&M and Pepsi and lucrative, international tour dates, Beyoncé has doubled her fortune from the previous year and topped Forbes’ Top-Earning Women in Music list.

The 33-year-old singer has been named 2014’s top-earning woman in music with estimated earnings of $115 million.

According to Forbes, the past year was ‘’the biggest year of [Beyoncé’s] career”. Since she played 95 shows during their scoring period and earned an average $2.4 million per city, it’s not surprising that she doubled her fortune from 2013.

Forbes’s highest-earning female musician of 2013 was Madonna who failed to make the top 10 in 2014.

Here’s a list of Forbes’ five top earning women in music in 2014:

  1. Beyoncé – $115m
  2. Taylor Swift – $64m
  3. Pink – $52m
  4. Rihanna – $48m
  5. Katy Perry – $40m
