Clooney’s Feud With Steve Wynn Heats Up

Actor George Clooney’s feud with hotel and casino magnate Steve Wynn is heating up, following their argument over U.S. President Barack Obama.

Clooney, a big Obama fan, left the dinner at the Botero restaurant at Wynn’s Encore hotel in Las Vegas earlier in April.

This was after they disputed over the Democratic Party leader’s healthcare initiative, the Affordable Care Act.
Wynn has criticized Obama, which urged the star to lose his temper and leave.

Wynn has donated to the rival Republican Party during last presidential elections.

Clooney’s publicist released a statement that reads, “He called the president an a**hole… that is a fact….”

“I said the President was my longtime friend and then he said, ‘Your friend is an a**hole…’ At that point, I told Steve that HE was an a**hole and I wasn’t going to sit at his table while he was being such a jacka**.”

He added, “It had nothing to do with politics and everything to do with character.”

Wynn later told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, “When he’s drinking, (Clooney) considers himself a close personal buddy of the President.

Clooney’s fun to be with when he’s sober.

If you have a chance to drink with him, you want to get there early, and don’t stay late.”
