Bruce Jenner Is Upset Because He Was Photographed In A Dress
Former Olympian and reality TV star Bruce Jenner has threatened to sue the New York Daily News and CNN because they published a grainy photograph of him wearing a striped maxi dress.
Jenner, who recently confessed that he identifies as a woman, was photographed at his home in Malibu and the image was featured on the cover of the April 22 issue of the tabloid and also appeared in a segment on CNN.
Bruce says that the photos, distributed by the photo agency x-17, were taken with a telephoto lens from a great distance and therefore violated his privacy. Here’s what Jenner’s rep Alan Nierob said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times.
‘’Both Daily News and CNN pulled the photos sold to them by X-17, once they found out they were illegally obtained. The photo agency stopped selling the photos once they confirmed they were shot illegally.’’
And his lawyer Marty Singer told Page Six that Jenner is going to sue them. Here’s what he said:
“The photos were clearly unlawfully taken from a very long distance using an enhancement device. Bruce Jenner is going to enforce his right to privacy.”
