Bill Cosby’s recent social media actions resulted in reviving years-old sexual assault allegations.

His Twitter account posted a link on Monday, November 10 to a meme generator on the comedian’s website. The generator allowed users to caption pictures of the famous comedian using the white-block text font.

What came next were lots of posts about rape allegations against Cosby. Since then, the initial tweet was deleted and the meme generator is no longer available.

Furthermore, on October 21 stand-up comedian Hannibal Buress called him rapist onstage.

“‘I don’t curse on stage.’ But yeah, you’re a rapist, so…”

Only a week after that, former actress and model Barbara Bowman, alleged victim, said she was drugged and raped by famous comedian when she was only 17.

Bowman remembered the incident in an interview with the Daily Mail.

“I thank Hannibal Burress [sic] for speaking out over and over again. … He is standing up for me and the other women who are too afraid to speak out.”
