Bill Cosby Sued By Woman Claiming Sexual Molestation

Bill Cosby was sued Tuesday by a Southern California woman who claims the famous comedian and actor sexually assaulted her in the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was only 15 years old.

The suit was filed Tuesday in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles by Judy Huth of Riverside, California, who alleges that she and a friend met Cosby at a Los Angeles-area film shoot.  He took them to the Playboy Mansion the following weekend and gave them alcohol.

Then, he “proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants and taking her hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.” Since Huth says the she suffered a lot because of the traumatic event and realized its impact on her life within the past three years, she can file the lawsuit under Californian law.Pll

“This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for [Huth] that has caused significant problems throughout her life.”

More than 10 women have accused Cosby of drugging and sexually molesting them in the past few weeks.  On the other hand, Cosby’s attorney, Marty Singer, called the recent allegations against Cosby “unsubstantiated, fantastical stories.”
