Bieber Sued By Photographer

Justin Bieber’s legal issues continue. Now, the troubled singer has been sued by a photographer for allegedly instructing his bodyguard to lock him in a fast food restaurant on the night the star was arrested for DUI.

Manuel Munoz states Dwayne Patterson held him in a Subway restaurant and even injured him after he had taken pictures of Bieber leaving a club in Miami Beach, Florida in January 2014.

The lawsuit, obtained by, states that Munoz says the bodyguard chased him into the restaurant, locked the door and cornered him in the bathroom, and also demanding that he delete all the photos of the star.

The photographer also states that Patterson forcefully tried to remove the memory card, which damaged the camera, and then kicked him.

He then filed the legal documents after the incident, and is now suing Bieber and his bodyguard for unspecified damages.

The singer was ironically arrested only minutes after the incident in the restaurant, when police officers saw him racing with his friend. He was served with counts for DUI, resisting arrest without violence with an expired license. However, he has since denied all of them.

Justin should appear before court to face charges on July 7. He is also facing trial in Toronto, Canada, where he is accused of hitting a limousine driver a night out in December 2013.
