Beyoncé Responds To ‘Resentment’ Remarks

When Beyonce took the stage on a joint tour with her husband, rapper Jay Z, wearing a wedding dress and a veil in Cincinnati on Saturday, to perform her hit song ‘Resentment’, she left many wondering. The said song is also an ode to infidelity.

She changed the lyrics: “Been ridin’ with you for six years,” which are the lyrics from a recorded version, to, “Been ridin’ with you for the past 12 years.

Even though the track was released in 2006, eight years ago, the star decided to change it into six, only she would know.

However, that wasn’t the only change. Mrs. Carter also seemed to target her anger at an unknown lady, by adding more into the lyric. She sang, “She ain’t even half of me. That b*tch will never be me.”

Speculators should also consider that their On The Run tour is also a narrative experience with the multimedia and all, and it could all be only part of the show.

Now everybody is wondering if she is secretly revenging herself this way and targeting her husband, who has been rumored to have been unfaithful more than once, though the allegations are unsubstantiated.

Whatever the case, on Wednesday, July 2, the singer took to her website and posted a picture of her, Jay z and their daughter Blue Ivy at an art exhibit in Brooklyn.
