AC/DC Drummer Charged With Planning Murder

ACDC Drummer Appears In Court

Drummer of the legendary Australian rock band AC/DC Phil Rudd is being charged for attempting to pay a hitman to murder two people.

He was officially charged with abetting murder.

Rudd, who is 60, is currently in custody. The police raided the drummer’s home and they also found marijuana and methamphetamines in his possession, which he is being charged for as well. But the drugs are a minor concern for him at this point.

He is currently being held in custody and police are making sure that he will not be able to contact the person that he allegedly asked to murder two people for him. He has secured bail and will be back in court at the end of November. Rudd was the band’s original drummer, but was kicked out in 1983, which is when he moved to New Zealand. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the band in 2003.
