New Hampshire might not be the most exciting state in the United States of America, but that doesn’t mean that it didn’t produce some exciting people. Here are 21 famous Americans that you probably didn’t know where born in New Hampshire.
1. Triple H
One of the greatest professional wrestlers of our time is from the great state of New Hampshire. Triple H was born and bred in the fine state. His birth name is Paul Michael Levesque, and he was born in Nashua. When he became a professional wrestler, he changed his name to the epic Hunter Hearst Helmsley, or Triple H, which is definitely a much cooler sounding name.
He was into wrestling from an early age. Like many young kids his age during the 1980s, his hero was The Nature Boy, Ric Flair. Since he was a teen, Triple H was interested in body building and when he graduated high school he started taking the craft very seriously and dedicated himself to body building.
He was crowned Teenage Mr. New Hampshire in 1988, which was his biggest achievement as a professional bodybuilder before he started getting serious about wrestling. Triple H was the World Heavyweight Champion of the WWE 13 times and even parlayed that into an acting career.
