There are many common learning disabilities that lots of people have and need to overcome in order to become successful. Celebrities are no different. Here is a list of famous people who have struggled with overcoming learning disabilities.
1. DANIEL RADCLIFFE
The actor who, until a few months ago, was famous only for his iconic portrayal of Harry Potter in the eponymous series of films based on J. K. Rowling’s bestselling books (as of 2016 he’s also famous for playing a dead guy with severe flatulence and an erection in Swiss Army Man) has suffered from a mild form of a learning disorder called dyspraxia pretty much his entire life.
For those of you who don’t know, and we don’t blame you if you don’t, dyspraxia is a relatively common disorder that affects a person’s motor skills, or, more precisely, the development of those skills. For example, Radcliffe sometimes has difficulties tying his shoelaces or performing similar tasks that other people do almost automatically. Regarding his struggle with shoelaces in particular, Radcliffe once said it was too bad Velcro never became big with everyone, not just kids.
